You damaged my companies reputation, refused to accept responsibility, refused to give me a refund for a parcel that was never collected. Disgusting customer service skills. Im refunding my customer for a parcel that was taken and never delivered and grovelling to them for your error that you just dismissed when i addressed it with yourselves. Basically when i purchase a service, it may or may not happen and thats tough. SHOCKING!
