I used this company to post a parcel to Italy with all the valid information. The items are for a disabled child. They did not post the parcel and keep asking for more money. This company is a fraud and there website is deceitful. Customer service is a disgrace. I never got my parcel back or refund. I will never recommend your company to anyone.
If there is zero rate I will give than. This company should never be open.
