Booked in with Interparcel for Hermes to collect. Hermes didn't collect on the booked day and just requested a re-booking. Its then up to you to rebook a collection, and wait another day, and reprint the label. Strictly speaking, they could carry on for ever like that and not bother collecting your parcel at all, after you paid for the delivery!
Poor customer service system, if they fail to collect (and that is bad enough in itself) they should automatically collect the next day
I won't use them again, plenty others provide the same service
