Absoulutely useless company from the top. An associate director calls and does not look into the problem of why i have requested to speak to them. Despite TNT taking my parcel to a wrong country and sitting with it from 22 August 2018 until 14 December 2018. Parcel did not get re-routed to correct destination but return. This company is all about booking and taking your money but do not provide any service.
IF YOU EVER WANT TO HAVE A RIGHT WITH YOUR PARCEL, GO DIRECT TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY. PAY A PREMIUM AND AVOID SUCH COMPANIES WHO DO NOT CARE THAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY TAKING MONEY TO THEM.
INTERPARCEL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO THE WORST. YOU FINALLY LOSE ONE MORE CUSTOMER
