Since they changed their database system it takes many minutes to fill in one customers details as they now use a pre filled database.
Many customer details are far out of date.
Our own is prefilled with a company that left our trading address over 5 years ago.
Please return to the old free-hand data base so that we can easily fill customer details in ourselves.
We always use UPS and never have any delivery problems.
