After a dismal experience with another delivery agency with the word Parcel in the name, Interparcel were like a breath of fresh air. Easy to use website and top customer service that actually picked up the phone and were never "experiencing higher than usual amounts of calls" - which means that they have enough staff for the job. Good on you.
The control panel did not always show the true status of a parcel, but I am not sure if that was a case of imperfect integration between their server and the actual courier company. Collect+ never showed the status for instance and even with UPS I often had to call to see if it had actually been delivered or not.
