Total, total shambles of a company. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Took them three weeks to finally admit they had lost my parcel despite me having the drivers name, registration number, round number and CCTV of him loading it into his van.
3 weeks of emailing, phoning and live chatting. Constantly telling the same information to different people who don't communicate to each other.
Do yourself a favour, get your parcels picked up by someone else if you don't want them disappearing into oblivion.
