I sent an item via Interparcel, that had supposedly had three delivery attempts made, however no calling cards were left so the recipient had no idea that the courier had been on any occasion. The package was sent back to me - the recipient now no longer wants the goods and I am around £7 down on a service that I had paid for, but has literally not been delivered.
Customer Service were as good as useless and completely unhelpful. I've been told that this is an online service, with "online tracking only" and calling cards are not left. Implying that I, or the recipient, should be logging on constantly to check the parcel's whereabouts and progress. No email updates were received even.
I will be pursuing a credit card chargeback in order to recover my money, and will avoid Interparcel in the future. I used to use them frequently, however their service is terrible nowadays and you're usually better off going CollectPlus or MyHerpes directly.
