Very poor. Service non existent. Avoid.
Never turned up between 8am and 9pm Saturday and collection now down as not needed.
Paid nearly £30 to wait in all day for someone who didn’t show. Now I have a customer I need to apologise too, but one that I can’t update as Interparcel have no customer service at weekends. Don’t claim to provide a service if you can’t provide the support.
Very poor indeed. Full refund will be requested first thing Monday morning.
