Appalling customer service response to a consignment / order that was supposed to be delivered by 12pm on Friday. Consignment arrives 3 mins shy of three days later than the Friday deadline, which we paid extra for. Stock customer services response is nothing we can do. At the least I had to refund my customer. Shame on you Interparcel.
