Awful service. Used UPS service and was told they had tried to deliver but no one was in (she was), the tracking said it had been delivered to reception (there is no reception at her address) with no address or clue where this reception was. 36 hours later my client was told that it had been taken to an access point where she had to rummage through a room full of parcels to find her own. After numerous emails Interparcel refuse to accept that anything they did was wrong and my client gets no refund for the inconvenience. Not only that, they will not even slightly apologise. If this was the budget service I might understand, but it wasn't.
