Always use Interparcel to send regular parcels around the uk. Tried other companies but these are straightforward to use and lots of choice of courier. Never had a problem with my deliveries....althogh a recent one showed delivered within 12hrs which I knew wasn't the case but Shannon in customer Services looked into this very swiftly and confirmed via email the definite delivery date as an error had been made on a system at the warehouse hub. All tuned out ok ...shannon is an asset to the company for her customer service.
