Second time I’ve used the service and second time they failed to pick package up after taking a day off work. Surely in the 21st century they’d have a system where they can contact you to let you know if they are having difficulties. Pen an paper list with phone numbers would be sufficient. Obviously don’t care about getting negative views neither!
