Have used them 100's of times, when things go well they offer a reasonable service BUT their customer service is shocking, they have no interest in lost parcels, failed collections etc etc.
If a parcel collection is missed they don't even rebook it, thats the customers responsibility.
Is suspect a lot of the reviews on trustpilot are paid for fake reviews, for a real opinions on this company just google 'interparcel review money saving expert' they average 1 star on that review site.
