The follow up is terrible. I entered the pickup on Wednesday evening on Thursday around 2.30 i called as it hadn't been picked up. Usual reply its booked in and will be collected before 5. Yeah right, I knew it wouldn't. Next morning I called to report failed pickup. The reply, I'm glad you called failed pickups are not automatically re-booked..... What kind of service is that?? Around 3.30 Friday it still had not been picked up so I called and asked to speak to the manager, what a joke ...procedures don't allow that anyway after a long hold I was assured the girl had spoken to the driver who assured it would be picked up that night. Guess what..no pickup. I was astounded on Saturday afternoon when a driver called unexpected and collected the parcel. Not good enough Interparcel.
