Parcel got held at depot with “an issue” but there was no communication from Interparcel about the delay.
I mailed customer services who found the parcel, informed me and it was delivered a day late but all safe!
On the while good service but I’m concerned about what would have happened if I didn’t chase it. Customer services at interparcel are much more helpful and efficient than some other parcel delivery brokers though!
