Here is some feedback: You've asked me to review your service for a parcel that I sent. The problem is that I send lots of parcels via various courier services. How can I be expected to remember which parcel was sent via yourselves? In this case, I have no idea. You need to provide potential reviewers with the parcel destination details - then I'd know which parcel it was.
