UPS booked through Interparcel made no attempt to deliver parcel and marked it as being returned to sender.
Spoke with live chat who said this:
“UPS are returning the goods due to Covid-19. I am very sorry”
They wouldn’t go into any more detail to why. Simply “Covid-19” is not a reason nor valid explanation.
They should not have accepted the order if they weren’t at least going to attempt to deliver it.
