Useless. Booked a collection for Tuesday 14th May (Tuffnells)and the courier didn't turn up to collect the item,i have been waiting the whole day then Rearranged the collection for 15th May and the courier didn't turn up for the whole week at the end of the week they told me on Monday 18th they will collect it. Nothing soo far then had to cancel the Order on 19th May. Dont waste your time with this company.
