Absolutely disgusting level of customer service, paid extra for a AM delivery, the item got delivered a day late and basically they just say "to bad, no refund for the extra paid" they charge extra for a service but then don't deliver and basically just don't care, disgusting attitude to have towards its customers.
I understand they are not responsible for delivering the parcels but its their attitude towards you when something goes wrong like its nothing to do with them, but it is as the contract is with Interparcel not the courier!
