A parcel has been lost and in spite of my repeatedly contacting them I have not heard back at all. My Ebay customer has demanded and received a refund.
To make matters even worse their price was 2-3 times higher than one of their competitors. Unfortunately I only found this out after sending another, similar, package.
I will not use Interparcel again.
