I was worried by the awful reviews I had read but I needn't have worried. My parcel was picked up when it was supposed to be, the driver put the bar coded label on and I received it in France 4 days later. It probably would have been even quicker but it was over a weekend. I called inter parcel to find out who the French delivery company was and the woman on the phone was very helpful. I would use them again.
