I had a package sent via interparcel to Central America. They used UPS and it has been 2 months of back and forth communication between UPS and myself. The package was small. Less than 2kg. (A shoe box)
I have contacted interparcel help desk 3 times and received not reply for help. It seams once you purchase from them they disregard their customers. Would not use again or recommend.
