In my experience Interparcel are always responsive and supportive. Yesterday evening( Sunday) much to my surprise, Laura Godfrey Brookes responded to my email. Laura and her team provide me with ongoing help and support, which is greatly appreciated. So often, one encounters indifference from courier companies. The service from Interparcel is refreshing!
