Pretty poor, I now use Parcel2Go instead much better service.
Booked a parcel in and no-one came to collect the following day when the website said it would, bearing in mind I paid for a next day delivery too. Stroppy woman said they dont guarantee any collections and I wouldn't be entitled to any refunds as it will still go on a next day service even though it my customer had to wait an extra day for it.
