This year, I have sent several parcels to Italy, one to Norway, one to Denmark and one to the Canary Island, Tenerife. All of them reached destination without any problems, and some even faster than expected. The one to Tenerife took longer but no idea why the small parcel was sitting in Madrid for a week. Maybe the Covid issue. I can know my parcel location by tracking it.
Parcel pick up is fast and on time.
I do not have any complain just satisfaction with this company.
