interparcel.com is an easy & usually efficient booking system & for the most part it runs smoothly. BUT when it goes wrong , you are completely on your own! You cannot deal directly with the courier as you are not their customer & interparcels customer service is a lottery of personalities! Needed to get a parcel to ITV next day but UPS descided they couldnt find London Television Centre with their address! So didnt! Nor did they the following day , infact not until lunchtime 2 days later. No explanation. Little but scripted responses from interparcel to my pleas for UPS to ring the customer or me. Just ignored until I can read it myself on tracking. Then they email telling me its been delivered! YES I KNOW....TOO LATE... thanks!
