Whilst it was probably largely out of the control of Interparcel in relation to collection times. I booked a collection for between 9am and 1pm. The driver turned up at 4pm, no call, no apology and certainly no friendly face. Not good when you book collections around your shifts at work. Saying that, the booking process was excellent and simple and I'll have no concerns about using Interparcel again now that I'm clear on the subject of collection times.
