We find Interparcel to be one of the better brokers as they have a telephone customer service. So if it does go wrong then you can contact someone, who will usually help resolve the issue. This is not the case with their rivals. With the couriers you get what you pay for. Don't send anything which is not indestructible via myHermes, because they will do their upmost to destroy it. The interparcel economy service (UPS) is a much better bet.
