Terrible service, extremely exhausting to communicate with when they lose your parcel.
They will frustrate you, make you cry and push you till you are at your wit's end and have no choice but to take them to court.
You lose a parcel but won't make a claim with the courier, they lack any sense of human compassion or empathy especially during this difficult time.
They definitely aren't people but robots with no emotions!
They believe they will get away with anything and it won't come back and bite them.
Potential users be warned!
