For many years I highly recommended Interparcel, but have had several issues over the last couple of years, which have changed my opinion. I now only use them when I have to. The worst thing is the customer service. On several occasions, I have had a parcel not collected or it doesn`t get delivered for some reason. I appreciate this happens from time to time, but why should I sit on the phone for ages, paying 10p per minute to sort out these issues. I have already been inconvenienced enough by the matter at hand in the first place. You can try emailing them, but you will never get a reply! Shame, as they used to be good a few years back.
