I booked two parcels to be collected and delivered by City link with interparcel recently, at a time slot between 12 and 6. When arrived back home from the doctors at 11 I found the driver had been and gone, typical! I was however really impressed by the helpfulness of the lady on the live chat facility on the website who quickly was able to rebook the collection for the following day.
