I have been using Interparcel for a few years now. Mostly, things run very well and I feel that they are good value for money and easy to use and book. They are also easily contactable by phone and the phone operators are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. There is usually not much of a wait before you are connected (usually less than 1 minute) In the time I have been using Interparcel, I have had two parcels damaged by couriers, both of which were re-imbursed by interparcel with a minimum of administration. Although when damage does occur, it is inconvenient, I must say that interparcel were fair and efficient. Just to put this into perspective, this is two out of hundreds of parcels I have sent. The only outstanding criticism, is that occasionally, some of the couriers don't turn up on the appointed day, but it is probably fair to say that this happens with all couriers occasionally, ( because of traffic problems, large workloads etc) Generally I am very pleased with Interparcel.
