I have used several online courier sites and keep coming back to Interparcel. Their service is efficient, well priced and most importantly - reliable! I have had to make claims in the past due to damaged goods (which reflects on the carrier, not Interparcel) and Interparcel have always been helpful and done there best to help our situation. Things to improve? I'd like to see a 'shopping cart' type feature, gets quite annoying when sending multiple items and having to put payment details in each and every time. Good service which we keep coming back for
