I have used you before and intended to go on using you for a new business that has lots of parcels but I sent 9723814 and they did not send the barcode label. There was a message "barcode label not ready" I'm completely stuck....Ican't get on line again before Monday and the carriers are coming Monday morning...I tried your number 08719 112113 and a recorded voice said "try again MONDAY MORNING!!!!
