I was sending two boxes internationally for return to a manufacturer in the US. This was ticked on the online form however I did not receive the proper return form for the US. I did however get everything else that was required. I phoned Fedex the next day and eventually sorted it out. It would be good for the future if the online program could detect a US return and spit out the standard form. On a more positive note the courier came for pickup in less than an hour from my stated time...actually 15 minutes early! :-)
