I am old school , ie a miserable old sod , I dislike having to rate various companies service, years ago a good service was the norm , give a good service and move on . In recent years it seems to be the way of families to constantly tell their kids " mummy loves you" etc, etc , it borders on sickening , any kid with half a brain knows what mum and dad thinks of them , I will now get off my soap box. I have just had a run in with the stars box , what next , I would have put in five stars had it not been for this wretched survey.
