This is the second time I've used interparcel and it's a very efficient and easy to use service. The only niggle (and it's a very slight one) and the only reason I didn't give 5*s, is that they can't give a time other then 'between 9.00 am and 6.pm' for collection (you can request one but it isn't fixed for sure) which can be a bit inconvenient . I guess this is down to the carriers not to Interparcel themselves. Other than that, though, great service even when things go wrong as they did in my first delivery (my fault not theirs).
