I booked this service really late on Thrusday night and was amazed to see that the package (27kg!) could be picked up the next day. The online form and payment was easy and the required documentation emailed. I had a couple of questions the next day and found the service desk really helpful. There was a change to the courier company picking up my package and was notified by email - all worked out well.
