Had no problems and (UPS) delivery to the US was quick too. Cheaper than Royal Mail for my sized parcel. All online although youll need to printer the labels sent. One minor flaw: the links in the booking email don't do anything when clicked, some of which contain important information. However, you can generally find the same info with a web search.
