Item received damaged but we accepted it as it was repairable - and the item was unique so it was worth it. Delivery driver to us explained that it was like it when he received it from the collection van. So when it was collected it was probably insufficiently wrapped and should have been rejected by you. But, as I say, we accepted it and I repaired it satisfactorily. . . . . . so OK in the end.
