Booked this company as had a time slot to choose from. Mistake! Apparently It's a request...what's the point of putting an option you cannot fulfil? I could have chosen any number of other couriers and dropped off my parcel, but I'm studying, work and have kids so thought was my best option, as only day I get 4 hours at home. My other mistake was not reading the terms of agreement , but why on earth offer a service you don't provide ? Also I was informed it's pointed out on the confirmation email you get when you have paid, another useless idea as it's then too late. My only saving grace was an elderly neighbour who was in , sat in for me. Yes I should have read the small print..BUT WHY OFFER A SERVICE YOU DONT PROVIDE?
