Hi, I booked this order online and received the confirmation about the collection of item from sender address. But since morning on collection day there was no sign of any person who is coming to Collect the parcel. I phoned twice and was told in very unprofessional way that they can not give the possible choice or time for collection. I have cancelled my dentist appointment and also asked from friend to pick up my child from school. Entire day was very wasteful to stay at home and wait for the driver to come and collect. Finally he came at 6pm without rining and with no apology about the inconvenience. Its a big communication which need to be managed in a orgnised and professional way. It was my first experience to utilise your service but I beleive it was really very irritative and stressful. Kindly update your website and allow customer to choose their desire time frame or atleast ask and instruct all of your colleagues who answer the phone calls to help customer, be polite and provide excellent professional feedback instead ingonrance them.
