Only two tiny niggles with the web dialogue. (1) It generated a delivery label that seemed redundant (the collecting driver already had one). (2) The delivery address it generated from my input omitted the relevant village name, which was a slight concern. The village name had proved very handy for me, when I myself first drove to that particular rural destination. But with postcodes and satnavs, maybe regular delivery drivers don't really even need to know the names of towns, let alone villages.
