A great idea and an easy site to use unfortunately they are sometimes let down by the courier companies. My collection address is out in the sticks and it is far from unknown for a courier company to say that there was no one there when they called even though I know perfectly well that they never turned up, probably because they couldnt be bothered to look for us as it was getting late
