It would be helpful if you could reduce the expected pick up time, having to wait in between 09.00 and 18,00 hrs is too long. An AM or PM estimate would be acceptable, however with sat nav and advanced computer systems the window could be reduced even further. The package was delivered within 24 hours from pick up. Well done.
