Collection is a 9 hour window 9am 5pm I requested no collection between 1 and 2pm due to going to work and my partner coming home this could not be guaranteed and as i expected the driver arrived at 1.40 so not collecting our parcel. The second try he arrived at 2pm and my parner had to run down the street to stop him driving off out of the 18 hour window across the 2 days he arrived both times when we did not want him to !! As for delivery and tracking can not fault either tracking facility is excellent and delivery is normally the next day, I will continue to use the service BUT if i find a company with a 4 hour window so we do not have to waste the whole day then maybe i would change
