Interparcel website and service is much easier to use than some of the other courier companies that have sprung up recently. Although I have had problems in the past they are minor in comparison to myhermes or parcel2go. The best thing with Interparcel is that you get a document that has some resemblence to an invoice, whereas the other courier companes seem either unable or unwilling to provide an invoice for the service provided. Very odd.
