This is the 1st time I have used Interparcel. I booked the next day delivery service with CityLink,however the parcel took 2 days to arrive - apparently the original driver was taken ill. These things are unpredictable & I hope that the driver is feeling better. there was some damage to the packaging,but the item inside was unharmed. The delivery person was courteous & friendly. As to whether I use Interparcel in the future is under consideration.
