Most of my parcels get to their destinations with no problem. recently, though, one parcel went missing - it arrived at the sort hub, then nothing. This was disappointing because it was a silk bridal bouquet which I had sold for charity. My buyer was very disappointed and I had to refund the amount she had paid, including the courier charge. I find, now, that I will not be refunded the postal charge as I didn't choose to pay for the guaranteed service. I had thought that the guaranteed service would mean a refund of the value of contents and the charge.
